Custom domains
Show your own domain, like login.acme.com, instead of TrustPort’s. Add the domain, publish two DNS records, and verify.
In the dashboardDomains
The domains your users see
| Domain | Used for |
|---|---|
| The sender address for invitations, password resets and verification emails | |
| Authentication & SSO API | Sign-in requests, OIDC discovery and social-login callbacks |
| Hosted sign-in portal | The page where your users sign in |
The Domains page shows what each of these is set to today.
Add your own domain
- Add the domain
Choose Add custom domain and enter a domain you control, such as
login.acme.com. - Publish the DNS records
TrustPort lists two records to add at your DNS provider:
Type Name Purpose TXT _trustport-challenge.login.acme.comProves you own the domain CNAME login.acme.comPoints the domain at TrustPort Copy the exact values from the dashboard.
- Verify
Choose Verify. TrustPort looks up the TXT record and marks the domain verified once it finds it. DNS changes can take a while to spread; if verification fails, wait a few minutes and try again.
Custom domains apply to production workspaces only.
Remove a domain
Delete it from the list, then remove the DNS records at your provider.
